We want you to feel confident in your Mars The Label fit, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and bodysuits must have the protective seal intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the garment is in its original state.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
